Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, your symptoms are suggestive of facial nerve palsy, so what you should do is to consult your ENT surgeon early, as any palsy of nerve if left untreated for long can lead to permanent damage of the nerve, and thus finishes the chances of any future outcome
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
I find this answer helpful

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
