hi, iam 28 and doing masturbation at the age of 14 and now iam married and have a child but still i have urge to do that, it is also effecting my day to day activities, is there any medicine to control this habit, please help me sir i am in out of control and not able to achieve my life goals

first of all remove from mind that masturbation is abnormal thing. it is normal self stimulation of the genitals and normal phenomena having no relation with body weakness. if it is troubling you you can masturbate at the time of bath everyday to feel relief. no side effects. as this is normal phenomena so their is no drugs to stop it. hope my answer remover your anxiety and helped you. take care and have happy marriage life.
