What Causes The Urine To Be Dark Brown Reddish Colour?

hi, i had sex with someone i just met and the first few times we used a condom, and one got stuck inside and i pulled it out the day after. the day after we had sex again without a condom (the day i still had the condom stuck inside). before noticing i had a condom stuck inside my vagina i was expriencing a bit of discomfort like itchiness down there, but no discharge. early this morning i woke up and i went to pee but the color of my pee was dark brown/ red and so i thought i twas my period... but when i checked my pad, there was no blood on it, so it may/may not be my period. whats going on???
