What Causes Thick And Dry Skin With Constipation And Pus In Stool?

Doctor, I got bit by something at night time. When I woke up I had a large hard nodule under my armpit. Over the years I have had extensive bloodwork done. Everything comes back negative, but yet my body skin is thickened, dry, hard in the legs. My skin is dry no matter how much fluid/water i take in. I cannot have a bowel movement. There is pus and little white eggs in my stool. i want to get an extensive lymph workup done. How do I do that

Dear many reasons for thick and dry skin as simple reasons like atopic dermatitis, diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, psoriasis, keratosis Polaris.

Few systemic conditions like systemic sclerosis, sle, drugs,inflammatory bowel disease with skin involvement etc.

Probably you have axillary lymphadenopathy so it is to be evaluated.

You need lymph node biopsy, cxray, stool for culture, microscopy, cbc, urine examination, colonoscopy, skin biopsy, t3t4tsh, sugar levels, ige levels, anti nuclear anti body, anti scl - 70 etc

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly .
