What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge?

hi, i am having a thick vaginal discharge. i really cant tell whether its grey or white, but i guess grey looking. I am also having lower left abdomen pains. My discharge dries up like glue. im also have pms or pregnancy symptoms. IM SO LOST PLEASE HELP ME!!! WHAT CAN THIS BE?
