General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The bubble you feel going up after doing your daily elliptical or after sitting associated with dizziness is a sign of possible:
- drop in blood pressure (bp)
- drop in blood sugar level (bsl)
- respiratory problem

I advise to:
- monitor your bp and bsl, record the results for future reference
- get a complete check up, especially when it comes to cardiac check up (ECG, echocardiogram)
- have your meals regularly
- keep well hydrated
- avoid exercise until you see your doctor and run the requested examinations

Hope this helps.
