Hi there,
Not a long story and your English is great. If you have
gastritis, it's most causing the symptoms that you are describing. The first thing I would try is
prilosec, which you can take over the counter. This can help with reducing the acid that causes gastritis. I would give this a few days to take affect and see if it helps.
If you're still having the feeling of food being stuck, this may be due to achalasia, which is a condition in which the lower esophageal sphincter doesn't work correctly (this sphincter separates the
esophagus from stomach). If it's too tight, then food gets stuck in the throat and will give the feelings you're describing. The test to evaluate this would be an upper GI, where the patient drinks contrast and a series of X-rays are taken.
Endoscopy may also be helpful here.
If you do have achalasia, the treatment is usually surgical with a procedure known as a Heller
Myotomy, in which the muscles by the lower esophageal sphincter are cut in order to help relax the sphincter. This is usually done laparoscopically and usually doesn't require a long hospital stay.
I hope I have answered your questions. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or if you feel I haven't addressed your question adequately.
