General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Since you have recurrent pain in the abdomen that increases on exercises the most probable cause can be muscular or a hernia under development. Hence I would like to advise you the following:
-Consult a general surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination to have a clinical diagnosis so that appropriate investigation can be done to confirm and have proper management.
-You may need a test of stool, blood, and urine.
-Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
-CT scan if required.
-All these give the most appropriate diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
