What Causes Throbbing Sensation On Right Side Of Body While Suffering From Vestibular Migraine?

I ve recently been diagnosed with vestibular migraine and I ve noticed that now my whole head, face and neck overheats - my forehead and cheeks feel on fire. My hands and feet are very cold. This results in a throbbing on my right hand side (with a threatening migraine pain) and my dizziness worsening. This happens frequently. I apply a cold compress to forehead and back of neck, keep hydrated and as co as possible. I still have my periods. I am 35. What could this be?

As per your chief complaint it is mainly due to migraine problem.
You need migraine medication like..
sumatriptan
rizatriptan
eletriptan
Along this medication also need food habits and lifestyle changes.
Avoid alcohol, red wine, chocolate , over stress, over sleep,
You may consult with neurologist.
