What Causes Throbbing Shoulder Pain And Occasional Pain In Neck?

hi, I've had bronchitis (I had a very bad flu as well for the first week) for nearly two weeks now and although it is clearing up I have developed throbbing shoulder pain in my right shoulder joint and occasionally my neck which gets worse when i breath or move. I went to the doctor after my flu died down but still had a cough and he said my lungs sound clear but I am worries about this shoulder pain.
