Dear Martha, Most certainly. Oxy Pro Elite has wrestled with the Food and Drug Administration for years. The company apparently doesn t care about safety as evidenced by their used of the dangerous ingredient DMAA which was held responsible for several liver failures and some heart failures as well. OxyPro apparently reformulated, but we again found DMAA hidden in the geranium ingredient. Now I understand that Oxy Pro Elite is out again reformulated, but with their record, in my professional opinion, I would not trust recommending that anyone take it. It is still banned on military bases. I highly suggest you stick to lowered calories, a healthy diet, increased fiber, less than 10% of your calories as added sugar, and increase exercise to a minimum of 150 minutes per day. Caffeine should be decreased gradually to avoid the headaches, dear. If you are trying to lose weight, get rid of the cream. High fat, high saturated fat.
