What Causes Tightness In Chest, Stomach Pain And Nausea?
Last night I woke up with tightening in my chest, bad stomach pains, nausea, weird feeling in my throat, this morning had dry heaves but started feeling better afterwards...stomach hurts if ya apply pressure to it but nausea lessened, and chest feeling less pressure... Pulse rate 68 -72 BP 122/78. No health insurance and very worried!

In my opinion it could be a cardiac problem or an acid reflux disease due to hyperacidity
I would like to know about your age and any family history of cardiac illness to guide you better
meanwhile have tab antacids and tab pantoprazole plus domperidone
have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
avold fried and junk food
