What Causes Tightness In Ribs And Dark Colored Poop?

I recently recovered from bronchitis and now i'm having this tightness on my left side rib cage. Sometimes it hurts when i breathe, and i get this pop when I take a deep breathe. Also my stool is very dark and i'm having this buring sensation in my stomach, and I have diarrhea.
