What Causes Tightness In Skull Base, Dizziness And Vertigo?
Base of skull very tight feeling, not painful but a lot of dizziness and vertigo, sinus pressure also headache is mild. very persistent and scary symptoms, ENT says whiplash, Family doctor says allergies. can you tell me what for sure? Gets much worse when lying down. Scared to sleep.
