What Causes Tightness In The Muscles While On Testosterone Therapy?

I have been on testosterone therapy for close to seven months now, I take a .75ml injection every 10 days. For about the last month anytime that I yawn or do anything That makes my muscles start to tighten up they will almost always go from tightening up to a full-on cramp is this result from the testosterone. I would also like to add that since starting the testosterone therapy I am in a much better mood all the time I don t get depressed I have a positive outlook on everything, I have started to lose weight my health my physical health it s starting to turn around immensely, There is a list of symptoms to look for for low testosterone and when I first started reading about this I went down that list and I could check off almost every one of them now I don t have a problem with any of those things on the list, it s just the cramping is starting to get bad and I m nervous about saying anything to my doctor that I go to because I don t want to be taken off of the testosterone therapy and go back to feeling depressed and down all the time.
