Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Her symptoms could be related to anxiety. But, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate for other possible causes that may mimic this clinical situation (thyroid gland dysfunction, partial epilepsy seizures, gastritis or reflux, etc.).
For this reason, I would recommend performing these tests:
- a chest X ray study
- a resting ECG
- thyroid hormone levels
- an EEG
- complete blood count
- blood electrolytes.
A fibrogastroscopy is necessary to examine her stomach.

If all the above tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of her complaints.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions.
Best regards, Dr. Aida
