What Causes Tightness In Thighs On Increase Of Weight?
I am a 48 year old female, 5'1'' in height and I weigh 105kg. I have gained 2 stone in the last year. I am suffering from my size and it feels like the skin on my thighs is tearing if I try and bend them and I struggle to do up shoe laces. I hate myself and need help. But at the same time I feel like I want to continue to put on weight as it's a sexual turn on for me. I don't know what I should do?
At 5 ft 1, 105 kg, your BMI is 43 which is very high. It would place you in the a very obese category.
If at this weight, you want to put on more weight despite the risks then it is possible that you may need to speak to someone. This may indicate the presence of an eating or other type of disorder.
The excess weight would cause the skin folds to rub against each other along with a large host of other more serious complications. Obesity is a disease of its own that can affect almost every organ system.
In addition to a counselor, you may also want to consider a weight loss doctor or nutritionist who may be able to help you.
I hope this helps
