What Causes Tightness On The Neck?

I m having a tightness/pressure on the left side of my neck. It gets worse as I move abrubtly or if I raise my hands over my head. Never had any experience like this before and I don t really have an extensive medical history of any disease or conditions that might trigger this symptom. I m 23yrs old and female.

Hello,

We have to rule out possible causes like cervical spondylitis.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
