What Causes Tightness/pain In Achilles After Removing Spur From Heel?

I have had a spur removed from each heel. I have started running again and after a run I have so much pain when I flex my foot. I feel as if my achilles is so tight. I have been icing but need to find a solution soon. Running has gotten too painful and that is disappointing. I am only running half of the three mile distance I cover.

I have studied your case and I can assure you that this pain of planter fasciitis is going to improve in short time. I would recommend you following points.
1.You should not walk fast or run without shoes which are very soft. Also it is better that your heel should be raised.
2. Ice is not good rather you should use hot water fomentation.
3. Steroid injection can also help.
4. Calf stretching exercises will also help.
5. Etoricoxib tablet if pain is very severe.
