What Causes Tingling And Pain In The Limbs And Feet?

Hello
I am 53 years old and I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid in October. I had tingling and pain in my limbs and my feet were numb (or had the feeling of thawing out). I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I had a Vit.D deficiency and I took Vit D for three months and that is taken care of. I was just starting to be pain free in May but I had gained 50 pounds. So I switched off of the Armour and took 2 other drugs. On June 2 , I went to Sea World and my feet were starting to hurt. I also had gone to a Chinese Acupressure Foot Massage 3x. After June 2, the pain increased and it felt as though my feet were burning and hit on the bottom by a baseball bat. I went back to my Endocrinolgist and told him, so he put me back on the Armour. I have been taking 30 mcg. of Armour every morning for 19 days now. My feet are super bad in the morning when I get out of bed and at night after I sit on the couch. I started drinking coconut water daily for the past 12 days. I now feel a tingling from my knees down and my feet are still bad but a little better. Is it okay to drink coconut water? I would also like to start using coconut oil if it is okay?
Do you think I should go to a Podiatrist or is it from Hypothyroid?
They thought I had Fibromyalgia as well but my arms and hands feel better. So I do not think I have it.
