What Causes Tingling Feeling And Blood Along With Urine?

This just started today. I have a frequent and sudden urge to urinate. And when I finally do there is like A little bit even though my bladder feels full. The last 2 times I have urinated there as been a tingling feeling and when I wipe there is blood. What is wrong?

This could be a stone in urinary tract,leading to urge hematuria failure of complete voiding.consult urologist .
