What Causes Tingling Feeling While Urinating?

I am 18 and I Have just started to get a tingling feeling when i pee and i feel like i have to pee all the time...I have been feeling sick for the last 3 days and only now i have started to get this feeling, I do have sex often and some times not use a condom . It dont hurt to pee but feels like i have a small orgasm... and my belly hurts soo help ? x

Unprotected and unhygienic intercourse may cause urinary tract infection.

Drinking plenty of water and be hydrated,if you feel like any discomfort like irritation in the genital area, discomfort while passing urine mild running temperature and any abnormality kindly visit your physician to do urine culture to rule out infection.
