What Causes Tingling In Chin And Throat After Taking Metroprolol?

I have been taking Metroprolol for a few days after having an ER trip due to racing pulse and high bp. 25 per day divided in two doses. It s nearing time for my second dose and I am having tingling in my chin and throat and am chilling a little. Should I skip this next dose?
