What Causes Tingling In Hand With Headache And Hiccups After Eating Out?

hi, my husband is 27 years old and weighs 205 and is pretty healthy and active. we went out for a fathers day dinner and he ate some mushrooms and he has been feeling under the weather for the past 2 days now and just wante to see if i could see what may be causing his symptoms. 1st day he noticed his left hand feel really tingly and had a headache, 2nd day he had hiccups all day long, 3rd day his hand was starting to feel tingly again, with a bad headache. Today he has woken up with a mild fever and body aches. Please help me understand what all these symptoms are coming down to, cuz they arn't adding up to me.
