What Causes Tingling In Legs/arms While Having Bursitis Of Hips/knees?

Hi, I am a 34 year old female, 5'6" and about 160 lbs. Lately I have noticed that my inguinal area is very tender when I do any type of exercise. Also, my legs and arms have been tingling and falling asleep often. At times the skin on my upper thighs feels like it is burning even if the weather is not that warm. Recently I had mononucleosis (3 months ago). Also, I have bursitis of the hips and knees.

Thank you!
