What Causes Tingling Pain On Right Side Of Body?

I have a tingling pain on the right side of my body. Sometimes I feel it in my neck. Most times I feel it in my right arm and chest. Now, I am starting to feel it in my right leg. I have had this for about 6 months. Do you guys know what might be my problem?

I understand your symptoms. First, you should do spine x ray and CT specially on cervical and lumber parts. Tingling is common symptom of nerve compression which usually result from vertebraes disorders.
