Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I am glad you shared with us your problem.
Those symptoms (especially tingling)
can have a lot of causes, all of them are benign and curable.
The first cause to be excluded is cervical problem, which is seen on cervical MRI!
You should undertake blood laboratory tests to exlude anemia or diabetes.
A neurological exam is needed because the examination give a lot of information about the cause.
So the first thing you need to do is contacting a neurologist
Wish I had helped you
Best regards
