What Causes Tingling Sensation Above Waist While I Stand, Sit Or Lay Down?
my hands tingle of and on.they have been like this for 15 or more years.they are most likely to tingle when raised above thewaist.when lowered the sensation goes away.this may happen standing, sitting or lying down.I am65 year old male and I am thinking it is back related.
Dear I am glad you shared with us your problem. Those symptoms (especially tingling) can have a lot of causes, all of them are benign and curable. The first cause to be excluded is cervical problem, which is seen on cervical MRI! You should undertake blood laboratory tests to exlude anemia or diabetes. A neurological exam is needed because the examination give a lot of information about the cause. So the first thing you need to do is contacting a neurologist Wish I had helped you Best regards Dr Eris Ranxha
