What Causes Tingling Sensation And Blood During Urination?

Hi, I'm twenty four years old and I have been experiencing a tingling feeling when I urinate. It doesn't hurt. It tickles. Last night there was pinkish blood on the toilet paper but only a tiny bit. I am sexually active. The last time I had intercourse was Sunday. Do you have any idea what could be going on?

Hi,

See what the main problem is blood in urine (haematuria) so you should have to get investigated for it, best I can advice you is get a Ultrasound KUB (kidney ureter bladder) done and also urine routine and microscopic examination done what ever it is you will come to know, it is most of the time helpful.

If still cause is not found then you can proceed with Cystoscopy, and that will help you to reach the cause, and by the help of Cystoscopy if required biopsy also could be obtained, for tissue diagnosis.

Thanks.
