What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Face And Neck?

I was hit in the nose with a fist while playing in the hall at my house with my daughter yesterday....since then I really haven t felt well.My neck and around my face has a tingy feeling.If i hold my head down im fine,but soon as i hold it up that feeling comes back.I don t have a black eye or no signs of being hit ....I just dont feel well.What should I do?

take tylenol tabs and take rest. do fomentation of face washing with warm water two-three times a day. it will be alright soon
