What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Hands Along With Chills And Fatigue?

For the past 3 days when im laying, sitting, or standing i feel week an im cold one minute ,hot the next, i have awierd feeling in my body . My hands get tingly ,i get chills an i can sometimes feel my heartbeat in the back of my head an if i stand up i get light headed

As per your history is concerned you have symptoms of hormonal origin so first do fasting blood sugar and t3,t4,and TSH test.(Thanks)
