General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Vibrating sensation in the pelvic area may be caused by focal muscular dystonia, a condition characterized by involuntary muscles contractions or (fasciculations).

Another possible condition, since tingling is present, may be nerve compression especially if the sensation is around the groin area (femoral nerve compression for example.

It is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor in order to understand better your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
