What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Face, Head And Neck?
A extreme pens and needle sination in face, head and neck region when I first start to exercise or start to persire. Than the sination travels to the trunk of my body chest and back. When my heart rate reaches about 110. Later the sination starts to go away after I get above 130 heart rate.

It may be exercised induced urticaria in which early stage the histamine may release then after some time body may acclimatise.
Other possibilities like cardiac ectopic/arrhythmia or panic attacks etc. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
