What Causes Tingling Sensation With Swelling And Irritation In The Vagina?

I am taking several antibiotics for TB prevention. I am also sexually active with 1 partner and we don t use protection. After I took my meds on Friday, Sunday I noticed a tingly sensation around my vaginal opening. I look at it and there are white kind of pussy looking bumps on it and it is swollen shut. It doesn t hurt when I touch it nor burns when I pee but it is irritated. It doesn t hurt at all, I can only feel it it when I sit down. I am very scared, could this be and STD or an allergic reaction from the antibiotics? Please help.
