Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

You should know that your symptoms could be related to chronic inflammation or a metabolic disorder (including chronic anemia, thyroid dysfunction,etc.).

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your GP for some other tests:

- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- ANA, ANCA antibodies
- Rheumatoid factor
- complete blood count for anemia.

Further tests may be needed. You should discuss with a rheumatologist on these issues.

Hope to have been helpful! Kind regards, Dr. Aida
