What Causes Tiny Blisters Near Vagina?

I have like 3 small pimple like bumps in between my but and vaginal area, they just appeared and have never been there before , I am a dancer and some time my thongs are to tight and rubs against that area, could it be from that ? Or possibly the dance clothes need to be washed ?
