I am an elite Triathlete... About a month ago I felt a tiny bump on the outside of my leg (2 inches above the ankle bone where the peroneal muscles run along the fibula). When the bump is touched, it sends a sensation down to my toes. Sometimes the area feel dull and mildly achy, but mostly no pain, except tightness of the muscles groups around the area. I get regular massage, chiropractic, and other recovery techniques. Any ideas as to what it might be?
