What Causes Tiny Red Spots On Tip Of Toe Of A 2 Year Old?

My two year old daughter has tiny red spots on the tips of her big toe and the toes adjacent to the big toe. She has recently had surgery and strep throat and is currently taking amoxicillin. Should I be concerned about these spots? She doesn't seem to notice them.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The red spots may be due to strep infection or a side effect of Amoxycillin.
Nothing to worry.
They disappear of their own.
