What Causes Tiny Skin Outgrowths Around Anus?

I have what appears as a skin tag or well there is 3 tiny ones around my anus and I'm not sure how concerned I should be they have been there for a while and haven't spread or got bigger they don't hurt and I can't squeeze anuthing out of them.. What do you think they are

Hello,

This is sentinel skin tag or simply called external hemorrhoid. Overgrowth of perianal skin edges giving rise to tiny skin tags there are no reasons for the same. Usually asymptomatic, does not require any treatment just have to take care for avoiding hard stools which may give problems.
