What Causes Tiny White Specks In Stools?

It started out with these tiny white specks in my stool, they are oval shaped but really small. I didn t think much about it at first, I thought maybe it was something I ate. This has been going on for about a month though. Sometimes my stool is more like a thick liquid but still have the specks in it. And it has this odor, I have a strong stomach but a very good sense of smell and it just smells different than normal stool. After around roughly two weeks I noticed in addition to all of those things, there are also black/brown lines in my stool. They are very small, about a centimeter. And also this may be completely unrelated but I have some heart problems. My heart just has this stabbing pain and I have to collapse my chest and stop everything I m doing for it to go away. It happens at random times. The rest of my body is also sore especially my lower back and neck and sometimes my legs just lock and I can t move. I am tired almost all the time and I m always either starving or not hungry at all.
