Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for thepain in the lower abdomen may be the urinary tract infection, pelvic infection, colitis, rarely tuberculosis of iiocaecal junction, or structural changes of the uterus or the ovaries.
I advise you to consiult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
