What Causes Tiredness, Aching, Cold With Depression Despite Being On Methadone?

I am on the methadone program and have been reduced from 30ml to 7ml, some days i feel great and some days i feel realy bad, tired, achy, cold, and just plain down in mood. i dont get why i feel good some days and bad others, can u help? and is there anything i can do?
