What Causes Tiredness After Urinary Tract Infection?

hi. i hope someone can help me out with this.im 17, female. last night i woke up with my right arm feeling really heavy and numb(like it fell asleep). it was pretty hard to lift it but i was able to shake off the heaviness. today, so far, my arm has felt weak, somewhat heavy, and just a little tingly. i can move it fine but it just feels weak.i know what it feels like to have my arm fall asleep and thats kind of what this feels like except when my arm is asleep it never felt heavy and it never lasted this long. also, sometimes i get this feeling that im light or floating. no, im not high. this started about the same time as this stuff with my arm. are they related?
i have been to other web sites trying to find answers but they all seemed too serious to be what i have.
i went to the doctor last tuesday and he said my heart and lungs are fine and he did blood work and that was all fine too. he also said i had a fever(99.7) and a mild urinary tract infection so im taking medicine for that. about 3 weeks ago i got over mono and i havnt been as active as i normally am and havnt been sleeping like i normally do. any help?
