What Causes Tiredness And Headaches In An Adolescent Post Trauma?

My 15 year old daughter got hit in the head with a kill volleyball; they were warming up; she vomited after a bit; we brought her home, had her rest, and I took her to work this am at 7:30. At 1:30, I got a call that she is not feeling well...tired, headache, etc; I picked her up and she has been sleeping since 2. Should I let her sleep?
