What Causes Tiredness, Extreme Thirst, Constant Urination And Headaches?

Hi over the last few months I have noticed that I have become extremely tired to the extent that I sleep most of the weekend and then Monday comes along again. I am also extremely thirsty and constantly urinate to the point once I have been to the toilet I feel the need to go again. Suffering from headaches daily now. I can t lose weight, in fact I have put weight on but nothing in my life has changed in order for this to happen. I am 39 female.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms can be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest to do a urine test and a blood test for further evaluation.

I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the headache.

If the infection is confirmed I suggest to take a cycle of antibiotics to treat it.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
