What Causes Tiredness, More Thirst And Lower Stomach Pain?

The past week or so I've been extremely tired non-stop. I feel like I can sleep at anytime even when I've had a full nights sleep and naps. I also have been thirsty constantly and I cannot seem to quench it. I occasionally get pains in my lower stomach. Whats wrong with me?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Condition is due to underlying pathology process going on giving rise to symptoms which may be diabetes, hypothyroidism, renal disorders, certain autoimmune disorders, and others.

Need extensive evaluation in terms of thorough history, physical exam, laboratory data of various types, ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis; other specific evaluative criteria as per decision by the physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
