Respected sir/amdam, I m 24 years old male..I have been masterbuting for 10 years. I am now facing penish problem like tighteness,muscles weekness.whenever I saw female I get feel pain ,excitement and sperm coming out of control situation.whta to do now?

Hello sir and welcome.

We need to discuss things in more detail, where exactly does the pain arise? Does this happen all the time or only during sexual arousal? Excitement is completely normal and the fluid leaked out during a sexually excited state is not semen, a natural lubricant is expelled during this sexually excited stage for all men and so I would request you to first confirm whether this is actually semen or just the lubricant.

You could also write back to me using our premium service and attach an image of the fluid that is leaked out during an excited state for my observation. Or else please visit a doctor.
