What Causes Tiredness, Vomiting, Anemia And Burp Having Burning Smell?

i have been having ongoing problems. ive had two colonoscopies as well as endoscopies. dr. says stomach is very irritated. colon had polyps removed at last procedure. i am tired all the time. feel sick to my stomach and am always running to the bathroom. this has been going on since october. recently bloodwork shows i am now anemic as well. this past week ive started burping what tastes like the smell of something burning. what is going on?

Hello,

GI symptoms seem in relation with inflammatory bowel condition. Tiredness is due to low hemoglobin from loss in stool or malabsorption issue.
