What Causes Tiredness, Watery Eyes And Post Nasal Drip?

I have been feeling tired for about a week with watery eyes (crusty in the morning), lots of post nasal drip, no fever. It felt like a cold when it first started with mild scratchy throat in the morning, runny nose and some aches and pains. I also had some blood when I blew my nose this morning. Does not seem to be in my chest but the post nasal drip makes me cough to clear my throat. I need to travel in a couple of days and wondering if I should try to see a doctor before I go?
