What Causes Tiredness With Excess Urination?

Over the past year or so after waking up i feel just as tired as when i went to sleep, this lasts all day and i just get more and more tired, i also need to urinate a lot more than i used to (even if iv not had a drink for a few hours) i am also hungry quite alot, any ideas what could be up?
