What Causes Tiredness With Forgetfulness And Disorganized Behavior?

My husband - 66 years old on cholesterol and blood pressure meds for 2+ years - meds seem to be taking care of those issues. For the last 12 months he has become increasingly - disorganized, forgetful, uncoordinated, tired, unbalanced, irritable, angry. I can see all of this as well as others can too, he says he is fine and doesn't agree with those observations.
